Who is behind it
LeviFix originated from the idea for the leveling system. We designed the tool, put it into the hands of drywallers — and have since expanded our offering together with them.
Created on site
Every one of our ideas comes from practical experience—usually because a drywaller told us what they needed. We build a prototype, put it in the hands of tradesmen, and keep refining it until it works.
Made in Delbrück
Our parts are crafted in small batches here at our facility, while additional materials are sourced from businesses in the region. They are assembled, inspected, and packaged in-house—no middlemen, no shipping containers from overseas.

LeviFix isn't backed by a corporation, but by a handful of people. If you send them an email, you'll get a reply from someone who assembled the product themselves.
If something breaks, we’ll replace it.
If a part breaks, you get a replacement—and we reinforce that area in production. This way, the tool gets better with every piece of feedback.

Frequently asked questions
How fast is the delivery?+
We ship from Germany within 1–2 business days. Within Germany, you will usually receive your order 2–3 business days after placing it, and within the EU 4–7 business days. The tracking number will be sent automatically by email.
How much is shipping?+
Within Germany €5.90 — free shipping on orders over €90. Austria €9.90, Italy €14.90, also free on orders over €90. You can see the prices for all other countries in the shopping cart.
Can I cancel my order?+
As long as the package hasn't shipped yet: yes, anytime. Just drop us a quick line at levifix@levifix.de with your order number, and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If the package is already on its way, simply use your right of withdrawal.
How do I return something?+
You have a 30-day return policy — no reason required. Just send us a quick email, and we’ll send you the return label. Returns are free, and once we receive your items, we’ll refund the purchase price, including the original shipping costs.
Will I receive an invoice with VAT shown separately?+
Yes, with every order. The invoice is sent automatically by email and is fully tax-deductible for businesses. For corporate customers in other EU countries, we can issue tax-free invoices with a VAT ID upon request—just contact us before placing your order.
What if something breaks?+
Contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll replace the part hassle-free without requiring you to return it. A photo of the break will help us reinforce that area in production—this way, the tool gets better with every piece of feedback.
After that, your statutory warranty rights, of course, still apply.
Are there terms and conditions for specialist retailers?+
